perfect location good breakfast professional staff
the location is perfect for exploring. the breakfast was good.. a fantastic start to each day. the staff were professional, and they were always ready to assist with any requests i had.
the television had some functionality issues.

small bathroom unresponsive staff
The location was acceptable. It made getting around the city relatively easy.
I found the room rather basic for the price. The bathroom was small, and the television was not a smart TV, which I expect now. I was advised it was table service at the bar, but nobody came for 20 minutes.

weak air conditioning uncomfortable bed
The air conditioning seemed more like a suggestion than a functional system. It barely cooled the room, even after i reported it! and the promised "king bed"? it was just two twins shoved together. Romantic getaway, not so much.

the room was large and had comfortable beds. all possible amenities were included. the hotel maintains high standards of accommodation and customer service. i had a great experience overall. i found the superior accommodation and service excellent.
the gym is very small and also quite basic. it was not signposted well and took a few attempts to locate.

the executive lounge is small and only offered canapes during happy hour. breakfast service included a cold selection of items. guests can order from a hot menu. this menu includes eggs, cooked breakfast, waffles, and porridge.

mechanical equipment ruined stay
The breakfast was good with a lot of options available for selection.
My room was next to some mechanical equipment outside it would hum and vibrate the bed. This kept me up until 3am until reception moved me to another room. It sounded like there were washing machines running above me it ruined my stay.
